"To attend to the inner sense of balance between always being, which is fullness and completeness, and always becoming, which is a constant new discovery, is the heart of embodiment." ~ Adyashanti

To begin our 21-day retreat & training we will start with a unique approach to feminine embodiment work - A 3-day silent meditation & yin yoga retreat.

This  one-of-a-kind retreat will bring you a profound inner transformation as you are guided into  revealing what lays beyond the mind, narratives, personality, emotions, feelings, self-images, beliefs and overall relationship to the outer world & the universe of your personality

We are going inward and discovering your relationship to silence, stillness, awareness ( all different words for the same unnameable phenomena that meditation  practice takes you to)

Once we cultivate a relationship to silence & stillness,  we are able to begin exploring authentic movement ( movement expressed from inner feeling), which is the basis of our therapeutic dance training.

***You will learn some meditation techniques that you can facilitate to support your embodiment practices & facilitation skills, however, this module is mostly for your personal development.

"The most important thing is that we come to meditation with an open attitude, an attitude that is truly innocent, by which I mean an attitude that is not colored by the past.

When most people sit down to meditate the first thing they think is “ Okay how do I control my mind? How am I going to peace? How am I going to come to stillness? What the mind is actually doing is asking, “How do I control myself so that I feel better?

Real meditation is not about mastering a technique, it is about letting go control. This is meditation, everything else is concentration. True meditation is actually a means of investigation

We are not just asking any old questions; we are asking questions that have the power to penetrate through layers of conditioning to reach our essential nature”

“With techniques, people end up with what is simply discipline. They end up watching their breath for years and years and years, becoming perfect at watching their breath. But in the end, spirituality is not about watching the breath.

Its about waking up from the dream of separateness to the truth affinity.

Notice the peace and stillness we are trying to attain is already here. All we have to do is stop trying to attain it." ~ Adyashanti
